AlphaTouch™ logs virtually every event that takes place on your system(s) and keeps a detailed history of events with photos (when available). Every visitor call is logged along with a photo and even management-made system changes are logged along with the name of who made change.
Residents can be provided a pin code or proximity tag (sold separately) to let themselves into their buildings. This allows you to manage your intercom, directory listings and access control all from on place!
You can make system changes from virtually any web-enabled device through the AlphaTouch™ Cloud Portal. Management companies with multiple installations will find making changes easy since it can be done remotely from one central location.
All system data and images are redundantly stored in our secure cloud. There is no need to worry about maintaining any servers.
