When receiving a call on your FREE app from a compatible AlphaTouch™ Entry Panel, you will be given the option to answer the call either with or without your own live feed being displayed to the visitor. You can then trigger one of up to three relay sequences programmed into that Entry Panel to allow a visitor appropriate access to the buildng, even when you're not at home.
You can send your visitors temporary Virtual Keys via SMS Text Messaging or Email. Virtual Keys can be used by your visitor(s) at any entrance to your building(s) in order to gain access. You will also be notified of their arrival if you've chosen the option to be notified when the Virtual Key is used. Ideal for party guests, or service workers who need access when you are not home.
If you are not at your apartment, and are somehwere that your device does not have Internet access, you can still view who came to visited you after the fact with our full system of event logging with photos.
Our devices are designed to be as intuitive as possible. Touchscreen door/entry panels offer voice-prompts in multiple languages so your visitors will instinctively know how to contact you. Our mobile apps are equally simple to use and provide high-quality audio and video communmications.
If you do not have compatible mobile device, simply provide your mobile phone number and you will be contact through a standard telephone call (without video).
